Who is Myesha Reynolds?
Myesha Reynolds is a bridge-builder, truth-teller, and creative force for equity. As the founder of Equity Lens Consultants, Myesha brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, speaker, author, and minister into every room she enters. Her work in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is both principled and personal—rooted not in politics or performance, but in the unshakable belief that every human being carries intrinsic value.
With a Master's degree in Education and a history of engaging classrooms, boardrooms, and sanctuaries alike, Myesha is known for her ability to teach with joy, speak with clarity, and lead with compassion. She’s as comfortable behind a podium as she is around a kitchen table, drawing people together with her electric smile, candid storytelling, and authentic curiosity about others.
Through Equity Lens Consultants, Myesha offers coaching, training, and consulting that reject divisive rhetoric in favor of restorative equity—equity that affirms dignity, cultivates personal growth, and dismantles systemic injustice through truth and grace. Her work is guided by this conviction: we are more alike than we are different—and we are better when we walk together.
A lifelong learner and late-blooming guitarist, Myesha is endlessly curious and willing to try new things—from directing a short film (which earned a film festival award) to writing children's books that teach equity through friendship. She’s the proud single mother of two incredible children who adore her, and she models for them a life of faith, integrity, creativity, and celebration.
Whether she’s road-tripping across the coast, writing from a sun-drenched California café, or leading a workshop on relational equity, Myesha invites others into a vision of community where everyone is seen, known, and honored. She doesn’t just train minds—she touches hearts. And she’s building a world where equity isn’t a buzzword, but a lived reality.
